Natalia Bougadellis is a filmmaker, real estate investor, and serial entrepreneur.

She is the co-founder of Blue Slate, a full-service content creation company based in New York. Through Blue Slate, Natalia has produced award-winning commercials, branded films, and digital campaigns for global brands including Kenvue, Pepsi, and Uber, as well as television mini-series and internal training videos for organizations such as A+E Networks, The History Channel, and the US Government (CDC). Among Blue Slate’s recent work is a tribute film honoring Sir Elton John that was screened at the White House for President Joe Biden and livestreamed nationally.

Her work as an entrepreneur and creative producer was recognized in the Forbes Next 1000 list in the United States (2021), highlighting rising entrepreneurs building impactful companies.

Alongside her work in advertising, Natalia is passionate about supporting independent filmmakers and emerging voices in cinema. She was one of the executive producers on the short film Grace, directed by Natalie Jasmine Harris, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was later acquired by The Criterion Collection, one of the most prestigious distributors of classic and contemporary cinema. Natalia is particularly committed to amplifying underrepresented voices in film, with a strong focus on supporting stories from the queer community. In the future she hopes to discover bold new voices in Greek cinema and help bring their stories to global audiences.

Natalia integrates philanthropy into all aspects of her life, from advancing LGBTQ+ representation through media to supporting public awareness efforts. She is a huge supporter of the Greek America Foundation, providing pro bono creative services for the Gabby Awards, strengthening ties across the Greek diaspora. She is also committed to supporting the Greek film community by investing in emerging talent and expanding global opportunities for Greek filmmakers.

Natalia Bougadellis co-founded the original concept behind Bloode, a pioneering initiative that leverages technology and community to connect blood donors with those in need; the idea was later developed by Natalia Kritsali and her team into a highly successful nonprofit that has transformed blood donation awareness and access in Greece.
